I just need to make a short post. Thank you for so much support on the breast feeding issue. I appreciate the comments, ideas, and suggestions on what I can do. As an FYI, I am still pumping occasionally but supply is slowly decreasing. I’ll continue so she gets a little at least but I’m going not to feel guilty for for my decision. I really needed the support. It’s good to know that there is more positive people than negative surrounding me.

Even if you do switch over to formula entirely, some breastmilk is better than none. Gracie no doubt received plenty of vital nutrients and immune system boosters through the milk she has been getting from you, and that’s awesome.

Agree with Jenn at least she would of had some breast milk than nothing

Never EVER feel guilty for a PERSONAL decision. My daughter was 100% formula fed because my milk never came in, not even a drop. She is 3 years old now, has never had an ear infection, rarely ever gets colds, never has had the flu. Being formula fed had no negative impact on my daughter what so ever, so do what you feel is best for you and your family! It’s a truely personal decision, what you decide is what YOU decide

Manda, I agree with everyone when they say that you should NEVER feel guilty because of your personal decision for your daughter. Gracie is YOUR little girl and no one else’s. You carried her for 9 months and went through labor to bring that girl into the world and no one else has the right to tell you how to raise her.
